Excessive annual premium increase

I am very disappointed in the way you treat you customers. You annual policy review and excessive premium increases must be a mistake. How can you increase my premium annually by 12,5%? How can you deduct this excessive amount from my bank account every month without my permission or proper notice? I would like to see a detailed explanation of why my premium increased by so much more than the CPI.
