Excessive Annual Increases in Premiums
Would not recommend FFW due to the excessive annual increases in premiums imposed on customers. These have ranged from between 15 to 20%. Far exceeding the inflationary rate of approximately 6%. Called to request a reduction and the consultant advised that they could reduce the premium increase from 17 to 15%. What a disappointment!
