EXCESS skyrockets... R3500 to R9350 for no reason

First For Women Insurance.... i have been paying monthly installments faithfully for close to 3 years putting my faith and trust in a company that claims i will be treated like royalty. I have NEVER claimed for vehicle damage in my life...now the first time i need my insurer to help me trough this tough time where my vehicle was damaged in an accident, yes an accident a unforeseen unplanned event. first of all my monthly premiums go up every month even though my vehicle value decreases, soo im paying more every month for a vehicle that is worth less every month. This makes no sense but i excepted this all the same. now the real problem is when i joined ffw my basic excess was R3500 now when i need them the most the let me know, sorry but your excess is up... we dont have a reason why and we realize you have never claimed before so you are paying a discounted excess BASIC EXCESS has gone up to R9350 and by the way we have never recieved your vehicle inspection sertificate from Glasfit. so technically im am not even covered. All i want to say to the average hard working tax paying south african is rather go with another insurance company ffw is no good. my Fiance left ffw,i will to
