Excess increased without my consent

Policy number ***. Took this policy yesterday (28th December 2022) and already I’m having a bad feeling about it cos firstly my car model was captured incorrectly and I managed to get that fixed which increased my premium and new policy documents were sent to me only to discover that my excess has been increased as well which I never agreed on. These people are not honest yet they are so quick yo debit your account.
