I encountered the worst experience with 1 st for Woman road side assistance speaking to Palesa. I am not sure if she is new, but she battled to take down simple information. Everything needs to be spelt more than once. The call ran for half hour to take down minimal information. I appreciate that the phone signal was not always great, but the call was very frustrating.
