Exceptional service from KARABO MOKOENA

I am honestly happy with the service I received from Retention specifically from a young man named KARABO MOKOENA.. Karabo and I got disconnected when I called at first and I thought , yup I’ll have to call in again because why would an agent call back a client that wants to cancel? he called me back with no hesitation and asked me reasons of my cancellation and took it from there. When I called in…I was ready to join another insurance but he was patient enough to not only give me a better offer but explain the new policy in detail that I ended up taking. I really wish 1st for women knows how lucky they are to have a retention team that really does retain its customers . 💐❤️
