<p>I was severely impacted by the floods on July 25, 2016.</p> <p>Damages incurred was for the house structure which was insured with my bond by my bank.</p> <p>It's now gone 3 weeks and I am yet to have a consulant from the bank attending to my queries.</p> <p>However my contents are insured by First for Women and I have had peace of mind amidst the damages and loss sustained by the sheer professionalism and courtesy exhibited by their accessor, Ms Maxine Carter.</p> <p>She even went beyond her call of duty to access the damages and always kept me informed of the status of my claim.</p> <p>First for Women should be very proud to have a an employee with such professionalism and pathos.</p>
