I am a pensioner with a low income which does not increase annually. Delano looked up my policy when I told him my concern that with annual increases and the added risks and excesses to my policy I would not be able to keep up with the annual premium increases. He decreased my premium by a considerable amount without me losing any benefits as stated in my policy. Thank you so much Delano, you're a star and I am delighted with First For Women insurance.
