Excellent Service

I wrote a review a week ago, I was not happy with the service I got from the insurer , Vuyo Makohliso rep**** to my review, she called me, and promised me that she will investigate with the claim department and get back to me.... Indeed she got back to me and helped with resolving my problem when even the managers in the claim department could not assist me.
