Excellent Service

I had a bit of a bad experience with the first agent that I spoke to at FFW (it was NOT Nerrisha and, I cannot remember the man's name). But, luckily Nerrisha assisted me when I called FFW again - she was absolutely brilliant - professional, efficient and kept me informed during the whole claim process. This was the first time I have ever needed to claim from insurance and thanks to Nerrisha's excellent service, the process was quick and 'painless'. Thanks Nerrisha!
