Excellent customer service

I had an interaction with one of your consultants and I will admit it wasn't my best day, but she remained professional and polite throughout the call, not that I say its right we take out our frustrations on sales persons as I have had work experience myself in insurance but I would really like to commend how she dealt with my "bad mood". Keep up the great customer service ( I don't recall her name but she deserves a bonus for dealing with me that day)
