Excellent customer service

I would like to thank the manager Marcelino at the vehicle claims department for his excellent customer service. I was in a hijacking which impacted my health severely, upon registering my claim i gone through many trials and tribulations with the agents. Somehow i lost with trust with my insurer, however in one hour Marcelino came to the rescue and restored the reputation of First for woman.
