Excellent Customer Service

My car was damaged by hail storm and upon assessment I was advised by Insurance that it will be written off. Thembi Rikhotso the lady from First for Women kept me updated and took me through the whole process on what will happen, how the car will be paid and how much will be put on my account. The money in my account was put within two days. Her overall service was extremely good, she was sympathising with me and gave me support I needed as what happen was unexpected.<br> <br> I will very much would like to deal with her in future or recommend her to other clients as her service is excellent
