Excellent Client service

I had to take time out to compliment the FFW team that handled my query with such great understanding and excellent client service :) Its not often consumers get to boast about service received and I work within a service industry where transparency and personal service is of high priority and I must commend this company on providing that to me.<br> <br> Shameerah (hope im spelling this name correct) handled my query with such great empathy and in depth understanding that i instantly felt this will be a supplier I shall definitely stay loyal too. <br> <br> I could close this query saying that I learnt something and that i was treated fairly and for that im appreciative.<br> <br> Thank you FFW and your team!!!
