Everything in SA for a women is a fight!

Everything in SA for a women is a fight including proper service from a supposed "women first" insurer. A previously loyal customer of 13 years now disillusioned by the ********** service received. First for Women Insurance and Telesure Insurance Holdings are only happy when collecting premiums but when its time to claim when my car was hit while standing still at a stop sign by a third party. Its been over a month for their repairer to fix only the right front side of my vehicle. They don't actually listen to customers and are only there to placate and ***er behind "policy" when it suits them but dont actually uphold their policies at all. They ignore their mistakes and the inadequacies of their appointed repairer. Their internal dispute process is a joke with more hiding behind "policy". Then when frustration bubbles over, they ignore you and treat you like a hysterical woman. All pink slogans and **** placating while just ignoring you and your concerns.
