Every time I claim something new is added

Good day. I’m honestly shocked by the amount of documentation now being requested for the mechanical warranty claim. I’m being asked to provide a quotation with part numbers for all components, the last two service invoices, full service history from the book/system, diagnostic log, photos of damaged components, licence disc, mileage and VIN number stamped on the vehicle, a signed motor repair centre job card, and a detailed failure report stating the cause of the component failure. When I took the warranty, I was told the full service history was not required, and now it’s being made a requirement. I do have the last two services, but some of the other requested items (like a formal job card and extensive paperwork) are not standard practice at my workshop. In the past I have never experienced such a difficult and paperwork-heavy process for a claim. Please advise how we can resolve this matter fairly and practically. Kind regards, Fredrick
