<p>We have a policy with these people and we have been paying our installments promptly with NO issues. They took our money month to month. </p> <p>We had an accident with our car, it took them a month to come back to us with the conclusion that they are rejecting our claim. I couldn't understand the reason they rejecting the claim. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />I had a policy with Outsurance 5-6 years ago. And me and my wife were dating and she sometimes visits me @ my place. Now I had a break in and some of my belongings were ****** as hers were. This insurance rejected my claim due to me not producing proof that I owned a TV & PLAYSTATION. . now they rejected that claim and they stole my wife's sunglasses who was my girlfriend then. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />No I fail to understand why does that have any bearing in this case. that was for HOUSE HOLD POLICY. AND THAT WAS IN MY NAME. We were not even married.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The sad part about this is that they were happy taking our money month to month. But now when it's time to pay up FIRST FOR WOMEN is looking for loop holes for not paying. We are so ****ed. These people are like all other insurances, they are wolves on sheep's clothing. Infact there are ******. These people stole our money. Now we don't have a car but we were paying insurance. </p> <p>People of this forum I warn you not to trust these people.
