Empty Promises

I lodged a complaint with HelloPeter a while back regarding an unacceptable waiting time for vehicle pickup and subsequent lack of followup. I was then contacted by First for Women regarding this claim and offered a discount on my excess to resolve the issue. When i was invoiced for the excess, however, no such discount showed. Do i now have to wait even longer (it has been 2 months for a bumper bash) to collect my car? The shop will not release my car until the excess has been paid - as one can imagine, this is an enormous inconvenience.

Hello melissa.tait6,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We confirm that the promise to reduce the excess has indeed been honoured, the correct paperwork has also been resubmitted to the relevant repairer as well.

We regret the inconvenience caused and assure you that the reduced excess will still apply.

Kind Regards,

The FIRST for Women Team
