Empty promises!
I am in the process of canceling my policy and the agent who was assisting me promised to call me back but she never did. I then spoke to Thando last week who promised to get the same person who was assisting me to call me, it never happened. I spoke to Yolanda today and she promised that a manager would call me but it never happened.
This is my last resort to get assistance.
