empty promises

On the 15 April 2017 I had a car accident. Now when I took out the policy I was told about “the guardian angel" the monitors all you trips and the tracker devise that has impact monitor. My car rolled over 3 times, no phone call from altec Netstar or the guardian angel team. After struggling to get a phone number for first for woman I managed to get through to their call centre and requested for a truck to come tow my car to a place of safety. I waited for 4 hours next to the road before getting assistance. The nearest town is only one hour away. I was the one doing follow up calls. They did not bother to call me. The worst part is them forcing me to renew a licence disk for a vehicle that is not road worthy anymore. 1) When I had the accident the disk was valid. The disk only to expire on the 30 April 2017 and my disk were still valid when I had the accident. Can someone please do the honourable thing and stop being impossible please. 2) Why should I renew a disk for a car that is not road worthy?
