Elderly being abused by 1st For women insurance

Instead of respond to the really issue,they respond by sending weather warning on the phone. Wow! I have never been so disgusted by the level of being treated like ****! These people are service providers but they refuse by being arrogant and abuse of power. However I will keep fighting until I am heard. 1st For women insurance has to be held accountable. They cannot trample on the poor and get away with this.
