Efficient, personable experience with Mr Mueenud-Deen Rahmtoola at the FFW contact centre. My query was understood resolved effectively. I was transfered to an external provider who assisted with the 2nd part of my query, making it a 1st call resolution. Excellent service. Thank you Mueenud-Deen
