This company just decides when they take your debit order off regardless of the date you have given them and when it bounces you get charged by the bank for the bounce. Then you contact them and its all promises but nothing then your premium goes off your bank account but you get harassed saying no payment has been made you will not be covered for the month! Don't bother trying to email cause no one responds and when you try call you get placed on hold for ages! Now I have cancelled my policy but even though I have paid for the month of June they are still stating I will not be covered for the month of June. *********** PEOPLE!!!
