Easy to take your money but can't even deliver!!!

On the 07/03/16 I was involved in an accident near Langlaagte police station. A maroon taxi, reg num 266TEFGP bumped into me from behind. I was standing next to a Quantum taxi. The maroon taxi was standing in the oncoming traffic lane next to the quantum taxi. As the robots opened the quantum taxi wanted to switch to the left lane & I wanted to switch to the right lane, both of us had our indicators on & the quantum taxi left a gap for me to switch lanes & he switched to the left lane. The maroon taxi however saw the gap & bumped into me as I was already in the right lane. I immediately got out took a picture of his reg num & license disc. Reported the accident to the Langlaagte police station as I couldn't get the drivers contact details, he drove off. The damages amounted up to R9000.00. Insurance told me I had to pay access of R7550.00 for an accident wish wasn't my fault. Even after giving them the details of the car that bumped into me, they didn't even bother to investigate. They are so quick to take your money monthly but when its time for them to deliver to their clients they give you excuses. I cancelled my contract with them 14/03/2016 for the service I received from them
