Dylan First for women's manager arrogantly promotes misogyny

I phoned First for women insurance and I spoke to Zanele Ncube on Friday the 25/5/2018 and she advised me that the calls are recorded and any mis-information provided to the insurance company will jeopardise the cover and I disclosed all the correct information to her and we could not agree with the figures and I requested her to call me on Saturday morning as I needed to apply my mind to the figures and she agreed to call me back on Saturday but she did not call me back . She phoned me Monday morning and I was rushing to a meeting and I requested her to call me back at 11:00 and she did not call me back . I phoned the insurance company and spoke to Sheldon Moodley who asked me few questions and realised that the information that I provided on Friday was captured incorrectly, which I found very disturbing , because I would not have known except when I am claiming for insurance which might have been used against me by First for women. I spoke to Zanele who did not admit that she took my information incorrectly and insist that she will request her manager to listen to the call and revert to me . Her manager Dylan phoned me on the 28/5/2018 to apologies that my information was captured incorrectly by Zanele and the amounts of the quotation that I was given have changed and the amount is more since the information is now captured correctly and he will revert to me on the 29/5/2018 for find an amicable solution to the issue. Dylan phoned me as promised to arrogantly tell me that there is nothing my way to do to assist me , after making me wait another 24 hours without insurance he came back with a solution that shielded Zanele's incompetency .I am requesting a decision maker from First for women to call me urgently as I stinn need insurance
