Dube auto repair center pathetic service

I would like to thank 1st for women for the excellent service that they have given me. I would like to remain with my insurance and I have no issues with them. My concern is Dube auto repairs. I collected my car they fixed the bumper and there was a front part That they fixed. I did not notice that my aircon is not working until a week later. When I brought in my car the aircon was working but when I collected it the aircon wasn't working. I did contact the repair center and informed them that my aircon is not working. They said I must bring in the car for assessment. Which I did. They noticed that the issue is with the aircon pipes. They informed me that they will speak with my insurance and they will call me back when they have an answer. which they never did not. I called the repair center several times to get some sort of feedback which no 1 could give me an answer. I called and I called all of them promised to call me back. No 1 did. It is blazing hot and my aircon isn't working. No one from Dube auto repair has called.
