Double payment

My monthly payment was deducted on the 4th of September and again on the 15th of September. I supp**** them with my bank statements reflecting both payment. I had to follow up agter a week about what's going on where they advised me that the payment of the 15th September will be refunded. A week later now and still have not received any refund whatsoever.
