Double debit unauthorized

1st for woman insurance is ***********. Hi I m Khosi on the 12 October I complained about not being happy about yo service. FFW decided to debit me on the 12 October which was never our agreement n the system does indicate 15 as my debit day but for some reasons my money was takes from my account which means my money is not safe anymore I must move funds cos I m afraid that my money will be taken earlier without my concern . So I spoke to ***son that he must reverse the debit order and he ham an odesity to lie and said I will get my money today the latest tomorrow. So now I phoned again and I was now informed that my refund will be available on the 17 October , today I m told that I will get my money back on the 23 October which means they have inconvenienced me twiceI m not happy about ***son as he misled me n I m also not happy with my insurance cos it means u are not honest as you busy in my account taking my money without any arrangement.
