Don't use this insurance ladies

So after paying very high premiums for my car for 11 years I finally had my first claim. I knocked my front and back bumper in my driveway *blonde moment. First for women then says even though it's one incident they have to log it as two claims and I must pay R5400 excess per claim. Really?! Immediately I say I want to cancel this insurance. They say no problem and put me through to retentions and the gentlemen there also just processes my cancellation. Pathetic pathetic! 11years of paying and no claims down the drain. Don't use them, please women.
