Don't use 1st for Women as an insurnace, even if they're cheaper.

I have lodged a complaint with regard to the manner in which my car was "towed" by D.O.T. Towing to the panel beaters after the accident I had on the 22nd of February 2023. I have phoned multiple times and have lodged multiple complaints but no-one is getting back to me. My complaint here on Hello Peter is also going unanswered, even if I was told that I would get feedback within a day. I'm not understanding the reluctance from 1st for Women and why I am being ignored. I will NEVER recommend you to anyone ever again.
