Don't take 1st for women warranty plan ,they wont assist when you claim.

Since the 5th of February 2024 trying to claim for my warranty claim from this insurer I have not been assisted .I could not get hold of them on the phone till my last review on hello peter.They then called me ,they asked me to send proof I have been trying to call them instead of solving the claim.I sent the proof to Lewelyn the head of claims and a lady named Breece and Zama till today they are ignoring my emails.My car is deteriorating above all this, the debit order has gone through even without my assistance to claim from the 5February 2024.I have run out of help trying to call value add services from 1st for women.
