Don't leave your current insurer for them!!!!!!

Left my previous insurer for what they offered and i ended up taking shortfall cover with the vehicle insurance, when month end came they debited the vehicle insurance but not the shortfall cover , i contacted them asking them about it and go no response, i even sent a mail to their complaints department and no response ended up sending a mail to their disputes department and till date still no response, This clearly shows that if id encounter any problems my matter will be ignored just as they are doing now
