DONT INSURE WITH 1st for Women!!

Very very poor service!

First for women is not first for us women, they're First for THEMSELVES! They take women for absolute fools !

I had a break in at my house, my car and home content is insured, well "supposedly " I've been with Ffw for YEARS. I did not have receipts as I bought it years ago. Because of this they paid out what I paid for it years ago, on top of that, the excess was over R2000 wich makes it even more impossible to replace ! I was told over a recorded phone call receipts doesn't matter, not everyone keeps receipts after a long period of time.

I'm very disappointed, I can't afford to replace what was ******. Insurance companies are supposed to pay out replacement value of today, not prices I paid 3-5 years ago.

I've been with them for almost 10 years!

Desired outcome: I WANT THE REPLACEMENT VALUE OF TODAY, AUGUST 2023.
