Don't go for first for women, its more like last for women

I submitted my claim on the 14th of Feb, they still haven't fixed my car yet. For a company that says that they put women first this is an extremely false claim , they should change their name as all my correspondence thus far has been with misogynistic approaches on their part! More like last for women! The call centres cut calls after sitting on the phone for 20minutes at a time , everyone needs to enquire n get back to you because managers are always unavailable, iv gotten put on hold for 30minutes at a time, their managers are not accountable , when I request a call back from a manager they call back a week later after saying I will get a call back within 2hours, my matter got escalated to the complaints department which was a joke because now I need to complain about the complaints department! The lady their is the same, my car still hasn't been fixed. They give you hidden excesses that they falsely add on after you take on their policy aswell, so don't go for them whatever you do. My car is still not fixed 2months later and noone is accountable for the poor service and lack there of. I will be reporting them to the consumer Ombuds so let's see how this goes as I am paying for a service without recieving what I have paid for, I'm still waiting for the lady in the complaints division to get back to me , this is a joke.
