Don't care about women at all

Totally disgusting service I received from a call centre agent in need of help at night as a woman. Needed road side assistance and only got to me after an hour. No empathy, it was at night. Roadside assistance was given wrong location by this agent by the name of Lerato. I called to report her and cancel my policy and the person I spoke to who requested that I give her an opportunity to go investigate to find out what happened, till this day I have not received a call back. I want to terminate this policy urgently.
