DOES NOT WANT TO ASSIST IN PAYING EXCESS

in march last year my car was written off i then started communicating with Vhuthilo regarding my Excess he has stopped responding since november last year the excess amount was pretty high amount and i wish to receive it back i have spoken to numerous people the the 3rd party insurance company and they have notified me that they do not take that long to pay out third party claims so i am not sure if first for woman has collected this money and is avoiding me hoping that i forget and i will not receive my excess amount back and the service i am receiving is pathetic i currently have a car insured with you and i am now thinking about changing and i will continue to bad mouth your company as my experience with you is now leaving a sour taste in my mouth and the response i get is that they waiting feedback from your attorneys please advise when i will receive my excess payment??/???
