DO NOT USE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!!!!

I have been with FFW for just over a year. I took out the wheel insurance as an added extra due to the potholes. So I drove over a sharp brick or stone in a pothole with water in. So obviously I want to claim. Now because of the thread on the tyre it would not make sense to only replace one tyre, and I specifically ask them to replace both, the answer was if the people from the tyre place agreed that it was necessary for both that it could be done, also that there were no excess. So I loaded the photos onto the app. A week later still nothing so I phone them only to tell me that the needed additional information, why not message me, but no. So I added the documents including a quote to replace both tyres. Today I get a call from a very rude obnoxious person telling me that my claim was approved but only for one tyreand the are deducting 300+ for excess and only giving me 500 to replace my tyre. I told te lady on the phone that this was not what was agreed upon previously just to get a rude response "that's how it is". Luckily my phone records every call. So I will be making a complaint. Already seeking different insurance. They are quick to take your monthly premium, but when it comes to service deit is non existing. Do not use this company. You will not get service let alone any tact or manners.
