The *********** first for women after offering no service and receiving my complaint didn’t even try to fix it. When I called to say I was canceling they were happy to do so with no question after eating my money for 2 yrs. with this company as a hit and run victim, they won’t even offer to help you track the perpetrator nor offer you counseling. Do not use this insurance for your own good. I have cancelled the insurance and reserve the right to sue them for breach of service should my lawyers find merit in the case. With first for women, black child you are on your own.. they are now attempting to change the narrative acting as if am Disputing the claim meanwhile it’s the lack of service I am complaining abt. I had to call them everytime even to find out the outcome of my claim, spending my airtime. At no point in time they called me To update me or offer any help that should come standard. Only when they saw the first Hellopeter post, they call to apologize in the most insincere manner. They don’t care because you keep paying them. I will never spend money with them anymore nor recommend them
