DO NOT USE 1st for Women for YOUR INSURANCE!!!!!!

Horrible business practices. Intial customer support (read if you are purchasing their product or revising your policy the people are nice.) Claims, Car breakdown and trying to cancel a policy their customer service is AWFUL. Their prices are disgustingly high and they do NOT give the services they advertise, this amounts to *****ing our money every month. They should not be allowed to operate as a business. Do NOT use. them. I was a loyal and diligent customer for almost 10 years. They tried to say I had my policy revoked and reinstated, lies, I had to switch from Deposit to Credit Card payment, I have statements of payment for everymonth for almost a decade. The last few years have been a drain on resources, including claims for my vehicle they refused to assist with, costing us hundreds of thousands of Rands. I will be reporting them Oumbadsman and dealing with them legally as well.
