Do not take 1st for Women warranty plan ,no one will help you when you want to claim.

Do not take out a warranty plan with 1st for women.I have been with this insurer for close to 10years and have never claimed .They sold me their warranty plan and I bought it.I have been trying to claim for the last 8 days now .No one picks up their phones if they do they tell you someone will call you,no one calls .I sent an email to Llewellyn whom I was told is the head of claims for the value added product,he has still not assisted me.I spoke to a gentlemen on Saturday who said to me they will call my dealer no one called .I have been calling everyday for hours holding no one answers or gets back to me.I feel like I have been ****med and the service is not there when you need it .1st for women itself say they cant help it is another provider but they debit the account.
