Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve honestly never experienced such horrible customer service. I asked for a callback on Monday and they said they’d get someone to get back to me 2 days later still nothing and when I ask they ask me which department is like to get a call back from. Why wasn’t I asked this on Monday. So now I’ll have to wait another 48 hours. This is honestly ridiculous service. They have zero value for “first contact resolution”, zero value for customers. I’ve been with them for over a year now and each time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve dragged their feet. And to be quite honest the only reason I’m writing this review now is so that I can get my callback because I know this is the fastest way to get assistance
