Do Not Recommend

I took a comprehensive car insurance with 1st for women in March 2022, then in 2023 i moved abroad and i called in to let them know that my address has changed. When i took the insurance i was promised cash back, so when i came back in the country i called to check when i would receive the cash back as we were already approaching the 4 year mark without me claiming anything. 1st for women told me when i changed addresses i cancelled my old insurance i would have to wait another year to get the cash back and it would be significantly lower that what i was promised. I asked them if i cancelled my insurance where did they send my new policy docs and does changing an address mean automatically canceling because i was paying my premiums with no breaks. They could not provide me with proof to support their claims and i took them to the ombudsman and won my case against them. Very ************* people would never recommend this company.
