DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE! My mom got into a car accident in March 2022, she drives a 2021 Audi Q2, which she insured with 1st for Women and took the Better Car option which states that she is eligible to get a new car when her car is a write-off! She got into an accident, all the airbags came out and they told her that the car is repairable! Today it's the 25 July 2022 and nothing has happened, she has not received her car back yet only stories from the panel beaters!! Not once did 1st for Women call her to even check how she is, she is struggling taking taxis to work as she only got a courtesy car for the first 30 days and nothing afterwards, they told her she needs to pay R12k to hire a car! What ****ty car insurance!!! I am definitely cancelling my insurance with you and I urge all ladies to do the same because they do not care! I DONT WANT TO GET THE SHOCK OF MY LIFE WHEN I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION!! 1st for Woman has been debiting my mom's account R2700 every single month since she got an accident, even when she does not have her car and even when they know where the car is - NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL OR SMS to find out how she is or give her any feedback regarding her car - instead, you are quick to debit her account. I will be cancelling my insurance with you. I am calling ALL my female friends, colleagues and every single woman that will listen to cancel their insurance with you because you are not for women but for money! Shame on you!!
