Disservice from First for women

I have a policy with First for Women for my VW car, my car was involved in accident and had to be taken in for repairs. through my insurance my car was taken to Renew-it Green stone for the repairs of the bonnet, front head light, bumper and other damages related to the accident, and the car was taken in on the 13 August 2018 , was told that the bonnet and the head light will be replaced and the bumper will be fixed, and after all the repairs the car was only returned back to me on the 12 September 2018, during this period the insurance arranged for me the courtesy vehicle through Europe Car hire that was due back on the 13 September, during this period the car was kept at renew- it premises. When the car was delivered back to me by their driver, I realized that car had a very funny sound and had no power and it had two lights on the dash board one written EPC and other with the drawing of engine, I emmidieatly called them to inform them about the problem but because it was already late on the 12/9/2018 I had to drive the car home for safety. In the morning of 13/9/2018 was on the call with both First for Women and Renew-it so that we can arrange for them to solve the car but did not receive joy from both parties. I had to stay home and not go to work as I had no vehicle to go to work and they only sent the towing truck at 14H55 after a very long struggle of being taken from pillar to post. They even refused to arrange a courtesy car for me to be able to go to work , the condition they made was that I was to pay for the courtesy vehicle again while it was their fault that my vehicle was faulty . I was also refused to be put through to someone in a management position to assist with the problem. I feel very frustrated and feel very disservice especially that I am told the care will only be accessed on the 14/9/2018 with no indication that it will be fixed. No one wants to take responsibility of the problem, the implication is that it is my fault.

Kindly assist

Desperate and frustrated client.
