On the 3rd of December I met an accident. Today is 14 th of December and my claim with first for women has still not been authorised.I've been contacting the company ever since and I still get excuses like they have to wait for my December installment to go through before they authorise for my vehicle to be repaired. What nonsense is that when I've been claim free from 2007 and have paid all my installments timeously via debt order. I really thought that first for women would really be "first for women "yet each time I call them they give excuse upon excuse to delay my vehicle getting repaired. They don't realise as we approach festive period panelbeaters are closing and will only reopen next year. So they expect me to wait for next year.....
