Dissatisfied

I took a cover with them and they deduct my account anytime they feel like it, would premiums are not consistent... they deducted my account twice and I thought it was for the value added product because I took a policy for that month back. I call to lodge a claim on the value added and am told I don’t have it it’s only the main cover which don’t even reflect on my debit order, am told they deduct R1500 something how ever is R1723 which was deducted, am not happy I want my money back so I can get cover worse where immediately because should it happen I lodge a claim I will not be assisted they will tell me stories clearly.

I need my money back and whatever policy to be cancelled
