Dissatisfaction

Am very disappointed after 1st for women arranged a car hire for me through Europcar in which Europcar debited funds from my account without my consent and for no reason. When l reached out to my insurance its just unfortunate they taking their time to resolve. Am forced to close my cars insurance with them and maybe try King Price ins .very unfortunate
