Dissapointment

Had a car insurance with them for over 4 years, loyal customer, paid my instalments on time, refered everyone i know to them. When i was done with my car i couldnt cancel them i took household insurance just to keep them,,, Big mistake, when i clamed for my tv they suddenly had loong stories. I thank the lord i never had to claim for my car after being loyal for so long they probable would have not even paid for it.
