Dissapointing (Mabena)Emergency services

I have requested a jump start service twice but at all those different occasions I was never treated the way they advertise their service. They respond between an hour to 2 hours.i had to do multiple calls just to get to know what's happening. Their call center agents were not even transparent and accurate with certain information. They cant stop disappointing me when am in need of their service.
