Dissapointed

I recently joined 1st for woman and on the premium I was quoted for car tracker as well. The sales lady told me the car tracker will be installed within 48hours after the insurance commenced, 48 hours went by no car tracker installed, when I called on the 4th of April and enquire about the matter, the sales agent told me they will listen to the call record when I was quoted and he will get back to me, with feedback, untill today I've been making calls and no one helped. Today I recieved an sms stating the car theft insurance will be suspended since there was no proof of car tracker installed on my vehicle.
